LeadThem Consulting was founded in 2005 by Scott Leadham, when Quest Software engaged him to bring his performance tuning expertise to Quest customers. That initial engagement grew into a long-standing partnership covering the breadth of Quest Software's product portfolio, from Active Directory tools to messaging and identity platforms.
Since 2005, LTC has remained a focused, technical firm. The work has stayed close to the Quest and Microsoft ecosystems: Active Directory, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Microsoft 365, One Identity, and the migration tooling that connects them. That depth is what clients come to us for, and it is what we protect.
LeadThem specializes in Active Directory and Entra ID modernization, Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, and the identity and messaging migrations that accompany mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations. As a Quest Software partner and authorized reseller since 2005, we use Quest On Demand Migration and Migrator Pro for Active Directory as the primary tools for migration work. All of our resources are Quest Certified.
Beyond migrations, LTC operates as a professional services partner with One Identity for identity governance and access management engagements.
LeadThem delivers training on Quest and One Identity products, preparing IT teams to manage the platforms after deployment. Sessions are delivered remotely and can be scheduled to align with project cutover and post-migration steady state.
LeadThem is a distributed team of specialist consultants, not a generalist bench. Engagements are staffed with engineers who have direct experience on the specific platform or tool the project requires. Because the team has been working in this space since 2005, most migration scenarios have been encountered before. That pattern recognition shortens project timelines and reduces risk.
We work with clients across the US and internationally. Many engagements run fully remote. For projects that require on-site work, we staff from a distributed pool of consultants.
LeadThem holds partnerships and authorized reseller relationships with Quest Software and One Identity, and works with Microsoft on customer migrations. These relationships give LTC direct access to vendor support, pre-release tooling, and escalation paths that an independent firm cannot offer.
