Quest PST FlightDeck (formerly Quadrotech PST Flight Deck) is the tool LeadThem Consulting uses to discover, manage, and migrate end-user PST files into Exchange Online or into the archive that comes with it. PST sprawl is one of the most common blockers in front of a Microsoft 365 migration: PSTs live on local drives, on file shares nobody owns, and inside backup sets that have not been opened in years. Until that content is accounted for, a tenant cutover either leaves data behind or drags it forward in a way nobody can support. PST FlightDeck is the operational cleanup track that runs ahead of the cutover.
This is the training Exchange administrators take when their team is about to run a PST FlightDeck project, or when they want fluency with the product before a Quest Secure Migration tenant move starts. The course is available as live instructor-led training (ILT) or as self-paced student-led training (SLT) through the virtual training center.
Two-day hands-on course covering installation, configuration, and operation of PST FlightDeck against a working lab environment, plus the Microsoft 365 archiving scenarios most Exchange teams run into.

Most of the tenant migration work LeadThem runs uses Quest On Demand Migration (ODM), the migration component of Quest Secure Migration within the Quest Security Management Platform. ODM moves mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams between tenants; it does not, on its own, hunt down the PSTs scattered across end-user laptops and file shares before the project starts. PST FlightDeck does that work. Running PST FlightDeck ahead of an ODM cutover is how teams avoid the post-migration call where a user asks why their 2014 mail is missing.
LeadThem delivers PST discovery and migration as part of our Microsoft 365 migration practice, either standalone or inside a larger tenant move. All of our resources are Quest Certified. See our migration services or contact us to scope the engagement.
