Edition (RMAD DRE)

Three-day course covering the full Disaster Recovery Edition, the most capable variant in the Recovery Manager line. RMAD DRE is the named Recovery Manager component of Quest Identity Security and Resilience and is the right course for teams building a ransomware-grade AD recovery program. Coverage includes Clean OS Restore and bare metal Active Directory restoration, the procedures that get a forest back online into a known-clean operating environment rather than a re-infected one.

Which course should your team take?

The base Recovery Manager for Active Directory course is the right starting point for granular object recovery and attribute rollback work. Teams that own forest-level recovery for multi-domain environments add the Forest Edition course. Teams whose recovery program has to survive a ransomware event take the Disaster Recovery Edition course; the Clean OS Restore and bare metal restoration content is exclusive to the DRE variant and is what separates a normal AD restore from a recovery into a known-clean environment.
