Microsoft 365 Migration, Consulting, and Managed Services

LeadThem Consulting has been helping organizations modernize their Microsoft infrastructure since 2005. As a Quest Software partner, we bring technical depth across Microsoft 365, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. Our work spans project-based migrations, ongoing managed services, staff augmentation, and technical training.

Every engagement starts with where you are and ends with where you need to be. Whether that is a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration after an acquisition, an Active Directory restructure, a consultant placed inside your team for a defined project, or training your IT staff on Quest tools, LeadThem brings the experience to get it done without surprises.

Migration Services

Migration has been LTC's core practice since 2005. Using Quest On Demand Migration and Migrator Pro for Active Directory, we execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, Active Directory to Entra ID migrations, Exchange to Exchange Online migrations, and legacy platform migrations from IBM and HCL Notes and GroupWise. All of our resources are Quest Certified.

Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Consulting

Beyond migration projects, LeadThem provides consulting on Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID configuration, Conditional Access policy design, and security hardening for organizations that need experienced guidance without a full-time hire. Engagements range from short-term assessments to multi-month advisory arrangements.

Staff Augmentation

When a project requires specific technical skills for a defined period, LeadThem places experienced consultants directly into your team. Our staff augmentation practice covers migration engineering, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory management, and Exchange Online support. Placements range from individual contributors to full project teams.

Talk to a migration architect
What services does LeadThem Consulting offer?
Active Directory and Entra ID migrations, Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, M&A IT integration, legacy platform migrations (HCL Notes and Domino, GroupWise, on-prem Exchange), staffing for Quest implementations, and managed identity services. Most engagements use Quest tools as the migration platform.
What is the difference between an Enablement engagement and a Micro?
An Enablement engagement is the primary delivery shape: LTC architects set up Quest tooling, validate the migration, run a pilot, then train the customer to complete the rollout. Two weeks minimum. A Micro is a shorter, training-led engagement that bundles optional consulting hours, suited for customers who already have the tooling licensed and need targeted help.
Does LeadThem provide staffing or only project consulting?
Both. The staffing practice places Quest-trained consultants into client teams for the duration of a migration or steady-state operations role. Project consulting and staffing engagements often run side by side on the same account.
Which Quest products does LeadThem implement?
Quest Migrator Pro for Active Directory, Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) for AD, M365, and tenant-to-tenant scenarios, Quest Identity Recovery, Quest Identity Defense, Quest GPOADmin, Quest Change Auditor, and Quest Recovery Manager for Active Directory.
How long does a typical engagement run?
Enablement engagements run from two weeks for a focused cutover up to three to six months for a multi-wave enterprise migration. Micros run one to two weeks. Managed services run on a monthly cadence.
